We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.

However, no online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The freelance services offered under the LifeUp Studio name are intended for businesses and adult clients. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.

10. Privacy Updates

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

11. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal information to respond to project inquiries, take steps before entering into a service agreement, perform an accepted service agreement, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing this website.

Where consent is required by applicable law, we rely on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Use

1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to this website, project inquiries, proposals, and freelance web design and development services offered under the LifeUp Studio name.

Using this website means you agree to these website terms. Submitting a project inquiry does not create an obligation to purchase or provide a service.

A project becomes confirmed only after the scope, price and payment terms are accepted through a written confirmation, an accepted proposal or payment.

2. Services and Scope

Services are provided on a project-by-project basis.

The exact scope, pages, features, revisions, support period, delivery expectations and price are defined by:

  • the selected plan and its published description;
  • the approved project brief;
  • the proposal or written project confirmation;
  • any approved additional work.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

LifeUp Studio may accept or decline a project based on availability, technical requirements, project scope or suitability.

3. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, public prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment terms are shown before purchase or confirmed in writing before work begins.

The freelance service may require payment, approved project information and the necessary client materials before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • providing accurate business information;
  • sending the required content and materials;
  • responding to review requests within a reasonable time;
  • confirming that they have permission to use submitted text, images, logos and other content;
  • reviewing and approving the website before launch.

Delays in receiving materials or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions and Additional Work

Revisions included in a plan or proposal are completed during the agreed review stage.

New pages, features, integrations, redesign requests or changes outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.

6. Domain, Hosting and Third-Party Services

Unless expressly included, domains are purchased separately and registered in the client’s name.

Hosting, email, payment tools, plugins, APIs and other third-party services may be subject to their own prices, terms, limitations and availability.

LifeUp Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers.

7. Managed and Monthly Services

The Website Premium plan includes ongoing managed services through a required monthly fee, as displayed on the website or confirmed in writing before purchase.

The monthly services are limited to the scope described in the selected plan or project proposal.

Additional pages, features, integrations, records or extraordinary infrastructure usage may be quoted separately.

8. Ownership and Licenses

The client retains ownership of content and materials they provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rights to the completed custom deliverables are transferred after full payment.

Third-party assets, software, fonts, plugins and licensed materials remain subject to their original licenses.

LifeUp Studio may retain ownership of reusable tools, internal methods, templates and general development components that are not exclusive to one client.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Because website work is customized, cancellation and refund conditions may depend on the stage of the project.

Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be stated before payment or in the project proposal.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Results and Availability

The freelance services offered under the LifeUp Studio name are intended to improve a client’s online presentation, usability and customer contact.

We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, search rankings, advertising results or business outcomes.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or LifeUp Studio services for:

  • illegal activity;
  • fraud or impersonation;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • harmful code or attacks;
  • misleading, abusive or prohibited content.

LifeUp Studio may refuse or discontinue projects involving unlawful or harmful activity.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifeUp Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or failures caused by:

  • client-provided information;
  • third-party services;
  • unauthorized changes;
  • hosting or platform outages outside our reasonable control;
  • use of the website outside the agreed purpose.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without removing any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply in the client’s country.

Before starting legal proceedings, both parties should attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
